Write for us
We welcome pitches that help general readers think more clearly about everyday routines, rest, movement, personal care or wellness language. A strong proposal has one defined question and an answer that does not depend on medical authority.
What to propose
Suggest an original explainer, comparison, background piece, myth check or occasion-specific idea within our scope. Tell us the reader question, the main distinction the piece would clarify and why the subject is useful beyond a passing trend.
What makes a strong pitch
Keep the proposal focused and specific. Explain the central point in a few sentences, identify any claims that would need careful checking, and say what makes your approach distinct from a general list of tips. Avoid cure claims, diagnosis, treatment instructions and unsupported promises.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a short description of the idea and any relevant writing experience; do not send a complete draft unless requested. A proposal is not a promise of publication.
Well-being is not a score
A routine can be useful without being perfect. We look at its purpose, its demands and whether it fits real life.
